What’s the difference between a personal session and a private sitting?
A private sitting is a message from someone who has passed, or a Spiritual Assessment. 30 minutes, €150, waiting list. A personal session is guidance and mentoring, not a reading. 90 minutes, €300.
What happens if nothing comes through in my sitting?
If the person you hope to hear from hasn’t come through in the first ten minutes, or nothing significant has, tell me and I stop, and you get all your money back, the same way you paid. Before I start, I ask if there’s someone particular you hope to hear from. Just say yes, don’t tell me who. If your loss is a baby who died before or at birth, please write to me first.

Can I record my sitting or my session?
Yes. You’re welcome to record a private sitting or a personal session and listen to it again later.
Does a sitting or a session work on Zoom?
Yes. A personal session is a conversation on Zoom. For a sitting, there is no time or distance to energy, so you can be anywhere in the world and connect to spirit.
Are Journey with Mia and personal sessions in English?
Yes. Journey with Mia and my AI companion are in English. Personal sessions are in English or Swedish. English is my second language.
I’m scared of spirit. Is it safe?
Energy can’t hurt you, but you can hurt yourself with your fear and your anxiety. You’re the one in charge. If it frightens you or stops you sleeping, please see a doctor too.
Is a Soul Picture a portrait of someone who has passed?
No. A Soul Picture is a picture of you, not of someone who has passed. I paint it from your photo, inspired by spirit, and write a soul reading with it.
I’ve been let down by a medium before. Why would I trust you?
I’m sorry. Never trust the medium, because we all think we are right. My book says it plainly: “Not the famous ones. Not the gentle old lady in the little room. Not me.” The book is free, and so is my Evening on Zoom, where you can watch me work before you decide anything.
If someone messages me as Mia, offering a reading, is it you?
No. I never message anyone first to offer a reading or to ask for money. If someone does, using my name or my photo, it isn’t me. Please don’t pay them.
Is it too soon after a loss to see a medium?
There’s no rule for how long you should wait. It’s very individual. You need to be able to listen.
How do I know if it’s spirit, or if I’m making it up?
It will always feel a little bit like you’re making it up, always. But if you’re making it up for several years and people can understand it, you’re not making it up.
Do I need to have had experiences since childhood to learn mediumship?
No. Everybody has potential for mediumship. Some more than others, but everybody can train it. I call it a talent, not a gift, because a talent has to be practised.
Am I too old to start?
No. It’s not about age, it’s about quality, not quantity.
Can a medium contact pets?
Yes, mediums can contact pets.
Do you do house clearings?
No. I don’t do house clearings.
Do your courses give a certificate?
Only Progressive Mediumship gives one, and it is a certificate of attendance, not a qualification.
